About NCD Canada

Greetings from NCD International,

We are pleased to formally announce our partnership with FORDelm Inc. as the Canadian National Partner with NCD International. Some of you may already know Bill Bickle from your dealings with FORDelm over the past few months as he has taken over responsibility for processing Surveys, training and the distribution of resources and other materials. Bill is an experienced NCD coach and facilitator and brings both a love of the Church and strategic consulting expertise to the role. He and his wife live in Port Hope, an hour east of Toronto.

The decision to shift the partnership after 10 years included much effort and prayer. NCD has evolved significantly in the last decade and it was clear to us that for the Canadian Church to realize its strategic potential for the Kingdom, a new era was required. Multiplication and energy transformation have grown in the past two years, and we wish Bill and FORDelm well as they chart the course forward in helping churches identify barriers to quality and health. NCD, and its sister ministry Organic Quality Management or OQM, represent FORDelm’s primary activities and area of focus. Many of you had dealings with Ian Campbell during his time as the Director of NCD Canada, and will be pleased to know that he has assumed new responsibilities working closely with us at NCD International, with NCD Australia, and continuing to work with Bill in the establishment of NCD Canada on firm footing. We thank The Leadership Centre Willow Creek Canada for their considerable energy and focus to church growth in Canada during its tenure as the National Partner, and wish them well as they continue to provide training and resources in leadership and their other important ministries.

In the fall, we will be publishing ‘The 3 Colors of Spirituality’, the third in the series of books on the 8 Quality Characteristics. Watch the NCD Canada web-site for details about activities related to the launch in North America. Before April 30th, you can participate in the international research we are conducting into Spirituality by visiting www.3colorsofyourspirituality.org and taking 15-20 minutes to complete the survey you will find there. You will obtain an early sense of your “spiritual style” across the nine ways people best connect with God. The only requirement for filling in the questionnaire is that the person should be at least 16 years of age, understand English, and consider themself a Christian. It does not matter whether or not they are presently involved in any local church.
